General Policies

Communication is the foundation of my business - this ensures the best possible experience for me and my clients. So what's this mean for you?

I require all new clients to fill out my Client Consultation Form after booking. This is required by state law for health and safety reasons (Client Records), and helps me customize your service and update your booking if needed.

You must fill out this form when you receive it, as your appointment may need to be altered depending on your responses. If you don't fill this form out I won't be able to provide services. It's a quick form though, so don't worry if you're limited on time!

I also require any specific art requests be made at least two days prior to your appointment. This ensures I can be prepared and your expectations can be met. If I do not think I'll be able to achieve your art request, I'll work with you to find a comparable solution. Be sure to let me know as soon as your booking is approved what you're looking for. 

Please respond in a timely manner to all communication and I will do the same for you!

My space is small so you must come alone and children are not permitted. While I have hooks for your coat and bag, please leave additional items behind.

You will also need to dock your phone when you arrive and not touch it during our appointment unless there is an emergency. This helps speed up your appointment. Don't worry though, I have entertainment. Plus, this is your time to disconnect and relax!

And finally, never feel like you have to have a conversation during your service. I always have music playing and something to watch, so if you need a silent appointment so you can decompress, that's a-ok with me!

Cancellation, No-Show, Late Policy, & Refunds

You must give 24 hours notice if you won't be able to make your scheduled appointment. If you provide less than 24 hours advance notice before cancelling, you will be charged 75% of the booked service.

If you don't show up, you will be charged 100% of the booked service. Payment must be paid up front to rebook. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you must reschedule.

You must give 48 hours notice of a change to your booked service. This includes downgrades and upgrades. No change day of - you will be charged the service you booked if you choose to downgrade. Upgrades will only be approved if time allows.

No refunds for services provided.

No children, partners, or pets please - just your wonderful self!

Sick Policy

I care about your health and mine, so if you are feeling under the weather you MUST wear a mask for the duration of your appointment. If you have Covid-19, fever, sore throat, cough, runny nose, or other more serious illness, you will need to let me know 24 Hours prior to your appointment, so we can rebook.
